The SAA Advantage Superior Athletic Advantage uses time-tested methods proven by scientific research to improve athletic ability. We understand that all sports are different and therefore require different athletic skills. We have identified these critical skills and focus on their development first and foremost.
We use tests to quantify an athlete’s strength and weakness. Individual programs are developed only after the factors that limit the athlete are identified. We utilize specialized recovery equipment to help athletes recover from intense training bouts in order to avoid injury and overtraining while allowing them to train at a sufficient intensity to maximize results.
