Having a solid foundation in strength, speed, and agility is vital in playing at the collegiate and professional level. Many of our atheltes have gone on to get sport scholarships and even went on to play professionally.


We have studied a system that accounts for these limiting factors with very practical applications of the following fundamentals of strength:

  • The physiology of muscle action

  • The biomechanics of strength production

  • Neuromuscular stimulation and control

  • Adaptation to physical loading

  • The various types of strength fitness

  • The specificity of muscular and neuromuscular training

  • The efficacy and safety of youth training


Our sport specific training includes:

  • Speed and agility

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Plyometrics

  • Olympic weightlifting


In addition to these types of training, we also incorporate mobility work to insure our athletes joints, tendons, and muscle are healthy and strong for the season.
