Olympic weightlifting is a great way to get more explosive; develop spatial awareness, strength, and flexibility. All of our coaches are USA Weightlifting certified and have years of coaching experience. We have coached the lifts to athletes as young as 9 years old and have worked with national qualifying lifters.
Programming is focused on the individual needs of each athlete, and varies each session. In the sessions athletes can expect to do snatch, clean and jerk, or the variations of these lifts, pulling drills, and other supplemental exercises for the Olympic lifts.
