We will now be offering a ladies only Olympic weightlifting class on the last Friday of every month. This is open to all levels of lifters, whether you never lifted before, want to work on technique, or go for a PR, this class is for you.
Ladies will have workouts programmed for their specific goals. Sign up here. If this will be your first time at SAA, please come 5-10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and so we can discuss your weightlifting goals.

*Classes from the punch card may be shared between multiple individuals, so come in to fine tune your technique or come in with a group.
