Off-Season Baseball Group Training

Due to our programs success of producing collegiate and professional baseball players we will now be offering dedicated group times this off-season for baseball players ages 15-18. Training will start in November and end in February. Groups will be limited to 12 people, this will make for a great training atmosphere, while still allowing hands on coaching.

 

The program will include:

  • dynamic warmup

  • speed and agility

  • strength and conditioning

  • plyometrics

  • Olympic weightlifting

  • post workout nutrition (*please contact us if you have food allergies)

 

Each session is approximately 1 hour long.

 

Dates: 

November 11, 14, 18, 21, 25

December 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19

January 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30

February 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 27

Time:       

Tuesdays 5 pm

Fridays 5 pm

 

Coaches Boone and Will have masters degrees in exercise science and both were strength and conditioning coaches at the Division I level. They have helped over 60 athletes reach the collegiate level. You can read more about them on our coaches page.
