I am a sophomore in high school, I am actively in Tae Kwon do, as a 2nd degree Black Belt trying for my third degree. Past that, all I do is weightlifting, which is by far my favorite activity of the week.
I originally heard about SAA from my brother, who was seeking professional strength and cardio training. His search led him to SAA, and I soon followed around a year or so afterwards.
I started training at SAA in the ladder part of my 7th grade year, it was a time in which I felt that I needed a change in my living style, and to find something that I thought was both fun and productive.
I have lost over 30 pounds (went from 22% body fat to 13%) from when I started my diet plan, around a year ago. I have insanely increased my cardiovascular endurance. As well as being 2 or 3 times stronger than when I started.
What is your favorite thing about SAA?
-The people! Everybody here at SAA are incredibly friendly, especially the coaches, Boone and Will. They are fun to be around and have a good time joking around in the gym, but are very serious about what they do.
What is your favorite exercise/movement?
-Power clean, running or jump rope
What is your least favorite exercise/movement?
-I don't particularly have one, if its exercise, chances are I love it.
