What to expect:

- The program runs from Wednesday, 10/20, to Saturday, 11/13

- Learn and implement the habits you need to achieve your goals
- Gain confidence in following a exercise and nutrition program
- Learn proper exercise form
- Accountability from your coach and peers

Who is this for?


What's included:

- InBody body composition scan at the start and end of the program
- 4 workouts a week: 2 at SAA (Wed. 7:30pm & Sat. 7:30am) and 2 home workouts
- Access to workout app for viewing and logging workouts
- Nutritional guidance & accountability
