Adult Training

Our programs are designed around your ability level, lifestyle, and goals. Your  personalized workout, in a group of no more than 9 adults, includes a warm up, strength training, and conditioning.

Your personalized program starts with us getting to know you and your current level of fitness. Once we learn where you are starting at and where you want to go we will design your personalized program.


The process starts with a consultation, where we learn about your goals and lifestyle to see where you are and where you want to go and meet you there.


We will take you through an assessment to determine your current movement ability and fitness level.
