Remote Training

Not all of our athletes are able to make it out to us on a regular basis and choose remote programming and coaching

We offer personalized remote training programs for all kinds of athletes including competitive fitness and Olympic Weightlifting.


How it works:

  • We start by getting to know your lifestyle, goals, training schedule, and current benchmarks through a consultation to program accordingly

  • We will send you a week of programming at a time via the TrueCoach app

  • We ask that you send notes and video for feedback of your workouts to make sure you are performing movements correctly. This also helps us determine your programming for the following phases
