At Home Exercises for Lower Back Pain



Back pain is a very common complaint from athletes and non athletes. Colin put together this exercise plan you can do at home to help those suffering from lower back pain. These exercises can be done multiple times per week.



Causes of low back pain may be multifaceted, some of those causes are:

  • Muscle strains

  • Ligament sprains

  • Twisting the spine while lifting

  • Poor posture

  • Disc degeneration

  • Disc herniation

  • Sacroiliac joint dysfunction

  • Facet joint dysfunction

  • Spinal Stenosis

  • Spondylolisthesis

  • Osteoarthritis

  • Trauma (such as a car accident or sports injury)

  • Infection

  • Tumor

  • Autoimmune disease
